No, we will not cover or pay for any fees associated to the cancellation of hair services and appointments. Please wait to receive and confirm your items purchased before confirming any and all hair appointment and services.
Once an order is fulfilled and shipped there are absolutely NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. In the event of a mistake on the sellers behalf we offer up to 14 days to exchangeproducts OR immediate repairs in cases of incorrect details only if the returned product is not damaged and returned in the original condition.
To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, so orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment is complete.
Yes! Billing and shipping does have to match in order for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. Only exception to a different shipping and billing is Apple Pay.
